Domestic Shipping29olives processes and ships out all orders within 1 to 2 business days. Please keep in mind, shipping times are once the order is packed and handed to the carrier with love. All orders are shipped via USPS. we use priority mail with delivery confirmation for orders over $10. for orders under $10, we use standard shipping which tends to arrive at its destination about the same time as priority. priority mail arrives about 2-3 days after it leaves our hands. however, transit time is provided by the carrier and may vary with package destination, particularly during peak periods. All shipping costs are a flat rate determined by the amount of your order.

When domestic shipping labels are prepared online and printed, customers will receive notification via email from USPS if your order is over $10. if you did not receive an email from us within 2 to 3 days after placing your order, please check your spam/junk mail folder. This email will include your Delivery Confirmation Number. Please note that the USPS Delivery Confirmation service is not an actual tracking number, but rather it shows when the label was printed and delivered to its final destination.
cards and prints are shipped in a non-bendable mailer with additional non-bendable material on the inside of the envelope to ensure that your product arrives to you unharmed. besides, no one likes a bent card or print.
International Shipping29olives ships international orders via USPS. Shipping costs are on a flat rate system determined by the amount of your order. Transit time is provided by the carrier and may vary with package destination, particularly during peak periods. USPS International orders cannot be tracked due to the nature of each postal service within a particular country. therefore, 29olives is not responsible for the receipt of your products but will make every effort to ensure that you receive it. Damages/Defective MerchandisePlease inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. No claims can be made after 48 hours. If for some reason there is damage or defect to your item, please contact us immediately by email and we will process a claim and/or replacement. The carrier may require an inspection of the package in the event of a damaged delivery, so please hold on to all of the packing materials and the item until further notice.

Return PolicyWe at 29olives want you to love what you order from our boutique. Returns will be gladly accepted within 7 days of receipt provided that it's in new condition with all tags attached and sealed in its' original packaging. Please make sure that items are well-packed (additional packing may be necessary) and insured for the full amount. You may opt to exchange your item(s) or receive a website credit. We do not provide refunds or cash back. All sale items are final. Any promotional codes or vouchers that were used for the original purchase will not be credited and deemed expired if they are no longer valid at time of subsequent purchase. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in the original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. and we always suggest that you purchase insurance on your return in case it is lost in transit.
